Through Face to Face, Online or Walk & Talk counselling, I can help you find a way to live the life you want.
I offer support with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger management, addiction, low self esteem, and relationship problems. You might feel like you're not OK and want to talk about it. Maybe you just want someone to actually listen to YOU.
Whatever is troubling you, I can offer a relaxed, safe and confidential space to help you overcome your obstacles and challenges. I believe life is too short to be unhappy. Let me give you the tools to deal with your problems, and help you explore, understand and overcome your challenges.
Get in touch today, and let's talk about how I can help you transform your life.
I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the National Counselling Society, accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, and a mental health ambassador for Let's Get Men Talking.
I have over twelve years experience supporting people to overcome their challenges, embrace positive change, and to live the lives they want.
As a therapist I have trained in a Humanistic approach, at the heart of which is my belief in your worth and value as an individual. My style is based on helping you to explore, understand and overcome your issues, through talking about your thoughts and feelings.
I promise to walk side by side with you, to work ethically, and to put your safety first at all times. I believe honesty, authenticity and trust are essential for successful relationships, and these values form the foundation of the work that we would do together.
I work with anyone brave enough to reach out and ask for help regardless of age or gender, but I specialise in supporting men to manage their mental health. As an Ambassador for Let's Get Men Talking, I support men of all ages to overcome the stigma of talking about their feelings and asking for help.
