My name Is Richard Dolan and I've helped hundreds of people over thousands of hours, to change their lives, overcome challenges, resolve trauma, and feel better about themselves. I work with anyone brave enough to ask for help, but specialise in men's mental health, relationship issues, divorce trauma, anger management, and neurodiversity.
I have extensive experience of counselling men and women across a range of issues including anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, ASD, PTSD, trauma, abuse, childhood neglect, parenting issues, addiction, body image issues, bereavement, stress, negative thoughts, ADHD, low self-esteem, and many more mental health issues.
