My name Is Richard Dolan and I've helped hundreds of people over thousands of hours, to overcome challenges, build resilience, resolve trauma, and lead happier, healthier lives. I work with anyone brave enough to ask for help, but specialise in men's mental health, relationship issues, divorce trauma, anger management, and neurodiversity.
